Flickr uploading on Linux, pt. 1: jUploadr (Download Squad)

Aug 23rd 2006 8:29AM that's a great way to bulk upload to Flickr! i came across jUploadr a couple of months ago, but i didn't know how to untar things in Ubuntu (i'm very much a n00b), so when i just did all my Flickr bulk-uploading via e-mail (but it's a hassle because i had to resize my photos myself first, unlike the way Flickr Uploadr for Win XP does it after changing settings).

but after Google released Picasa for Linux, i finally had something that could bulk-upload and resize my photos for me during the upload process!
