Dec 21st 2011 9:09AM Speaking of Arms Warrior Tanks, I zoned into an LFG at the half-way point in Gundrak on my BE Paladin (leveled her Holy since 30). The tank was taking an odd amount of damage and died during both boss fights - blaming me both times in a constant stream of insults. I finally get time to actually inspect him and he is an Arms Warrior tanking without a shield. I actually think I did pretty well keeping the group from wiping all things considered. And I didn't wonder why the other healer left.
Oct 30th 2010 2:44AM Sanctimonious, smug, intellectually vain: Jon Stewart represents much of what is distasteful about American liberalism. - Kevin D. Williamson Anyone who thinks Stewart is a "moderate" either hasn't been paying attention or has views even farther to the left than Stewart himself.
Oct 16th 2010 9:06AM For the last few seasons, JAG had the Friday Night at 9 timeslot on CBS. He joined the cast of Close to Home in the second season - same timeslot. Now CSI:NY moves to that timeslot and he appears there. Quite a coincidence.
Sep 29th 2010 4:54PM I got my gmail account in June of 2004. I can't imagine turning off conversation view at this point.
Sep 25th 2010 7:02AM I watched 3 shows on NBC this week: Chuck, The Event, and Undercovers. The Jury is out on whether 2/3rd of them are still going to be on the schedule by the sweeps.
Sep 23rd 2010 6:15AM Interesting in all the Lost/24/Fringe/4400/Flash Forward comparisons, no one thought of it the way I did.A special government facility holding people with Zeljko Ivanek in charge? Wasn't that the plot of the second half of the third season of Heroes? It seems like it has potential but then so did Threshold and Invasion and any number of short-lived shows.
Aug 12th 2010 7:51AM So Keith thinks Bill used to get beat up by his father? At least he didn't allege that he got beat every single night the way Bill does Keith now (825 to 301 last night).I almost wish that Dan Patrick weren't so talented a sportscaster that he made that clown look like he knew what he was doing on Sportscenter years ago.
Aug 10th 2010 5:33PM I was having trouble getting the new design to appear in Chrome so I brought up Safari and logged in there. The new look showed up. When I went back to Chrome, it was there now as well.
Jul 9th 2010 9:43AM I used to spend a lot of time doing that sort of thing but then around 1998 or so, I decided the moment had passed.
Jul 7th 2010 1:06PM When RealID launched, the discussion came up in my small social guild about what to do and within a few minutes I had multiple friends. Being able to talk to friends when they are playing on other realms has been fantastic. If you don't like the idea of RealID, no one is forcing you to use it.I don't participate in the forums, and most players don't, because of the way that people act in there. If this discourages that sort of behavior, it will be well worth the change. And give some of us a reason to actually go there again.Obviously RealID isn't meeting your needs but that doesn't make it "pathetic, poorly thought-out" or "totalitarian." You are perfectly able to continue to participate in the same way everyone has since 2004. Note: As for the Facebook integration, I haven't made up my mind yet. But that is less about Blizzard and more about Facebook.
