I don't think most Best Buys will have the iPad. AFAIK only the BBYs with an Apple Store will have them. (Not all BBYs carry Apple in store.)

I'm running 7, Vista and XP all on the same network.. I've had no problems. Though, I'd say I liked the network controls in XP

She violated Xbox Live's Terms of Service. You know that long page of text you have to hit I AGREE to when you sign up. It's not Microsoft's fault for her unwillingness or inability to read, comprehend or find acceptable the rules of her using that service.

Personally, I would have banned her along with the people harrassing her. Rules are there for a reason and should be applied equal across the board.
