Jun 11th 2009 3:35PM I have a Cochlear Implant (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cochlear_implant) and my "earphones" provide the sound direct to the hearing nerve. I am able to turn off all sounds on my proccessor except for the earphone input. Yeah i am deaf.. but dodge that direct to the sound nerve sound quality! :)
