Sep 22nd 2009 11:56AM The way I look at it, most remote access tools lack MAC support, but the ones that offer it are just waay too pricey. I've been a long-time user of Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) which is a relatively unknown solution, but is probably the easiest to use and also 100% customizable. It doesn't have as many features as LMI Rescue (which I used in the past) but is more than enough functionality-wise to get by.

I run a small IT support business and am looking for the most cost-effective solution. Currently I'm using Techinline Remote Desktop (http://www.techinline.com) which is a great fit for a small business such as mine, and they offer file transfer and customization options (as far as I know LMI Rescue doesn't on their free version) and it's a fraction of what some of the other tools cost. However, perhaps there are free services out there that can offer the same thing and I'm in the process of looking around. Any info would help
