Oct 12th 2007 7:46AM @21 Actually, it is not even a 50% chance to be disarmed, it is only a 50% reduction in the duration of the disarm. Six of one, half a dozen of the other, you might say, but it basically means there is no way to avoid getting disarmed. The only difference is how long we will be disarmed for."Weapon Mastery (Arms) now reduces duration of Disarm effects against you by 25/50% rather than giving you a 50% chance to avoid or full immunity to Disarm effects."
Sep 27th 2007 7:40AM The nerf to Mace Spec prot is bad, but the loss of immunity to disarm from Weapon Mastery is horrible. If they do this, then they really need to up the drop rate of the Steel Weapon Chain plans. These are so rare as to be almost mythical, even though Blizzard promotes them as one of the "Basics" on the Blacksmithing info page (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/professions/blacksmithing.html) as if all blacksmiths can churn these out in their sleep.
Sep 18th 2007 4:25AM @13 - I've often thought this would be extremely useful, for example being able to check your auctions during your coffee break at work. But if the auction house were accessible from a web browser instead of via WoW, there is no way Blizz can control scripted buying and selling and automated AH manipulation. Unfortunately the gold farmers spoil it for the rest of us again.
Aug 15th 2006 6:00AM I'm not so sure about EasyJet either. It's not like their use of online booking is the most innovative part of their business model, so it would be hard to argue that the website really changed the world in any substantial way.
