Jul 12th 2010 3:40PM I'm here in Syracuse with my iPhone and my overdrive the speed is amazing and with 4G I gave truly unlimited wireless this is the best of all worlds
Jun 22nd 2010 4:59PM My 3g entered an endless reset loop 3 months ago... so I upgraded to a 3GS then... now my wife is getting my 3GS when I get my 4.I do think they flipped a switch though because my phone went from being rock solid to a paperweight in the blink of an eye.
Jun 19th 2010 11:12AM @DefPoet Yep it's a USB keyboard that attaches to any portable LCD screen. There's no GUI so to make a call you have to first load the dialer LOAD "dialer",8,1the more I think of it the more I want one!
Jun 4th 2010 5:57PM Hmm the belt device used in the books Daemon and Freedom TM (both by Daniel Suarez) seems like a perfect fit to power these.
Jun 3rd 2010 5:42AM @JarekPL I don't think your thinking in enough dimensions. What if a mobile device was an augmented reality heads up display?
Jun 1st 2010 11:45PM I think Steve just used the right keywords to keep people from buying a new phone until after WWDC, if only a few wait and then convert to AT&T Steve still wins
May 27th 2010 12:49PM This is why I left verizon and embrace AT&T. My wife got charged nearly 500 on overages for using data on her "unlimited" blackberry plan. This should show why I think the iPhone didn't start on verizon and why I feel that it may never be there. Though a Sprint iPhone would be interesting.Verizon sees smart phones as a way to juice more hidden payments from it's user base.
May 24th 2010 9:26AM You obviously haven't read Freedom TM by Daniel Suarez. Imagine google googles displayed on this. This is a step in the direction of fictional Augmented Reality. Also Tony Stark used something like this in Iron Man 2.
Feb 18th 2010 6:45PM If you think that hulu is doing clickthru ads then you are sorely mis-informedHulu would be fools if there weren't getting paid by impression (impression meaning each time an ad is viewed) especially since most of the products I have seen advertised (mainly cars or public service announcements) you wouldn't purchase thru a website, and all that those advertisers want to know is how many people are watching their ads.Plus NBC ABC and the other local broadcasters have been using this FREE model forever, its called over the air TV. Hulu is better for them because they can give exact numbers and demographic data that you just can't get thru Neilson.
Feb 2nd 2010 12:08PM The MaxiPad I see what you did there... is it April First already?
