Jul 26th 2010 2:27PM Contra: Costs money and does not support Windows Explorer extensions, so you'll (most likely) have to install separate TC plug-ins for stuff already existing in your Windows explorer windows. (TortoiseSVN, anyone?)

The second point is one of the major reasons why I prefer xplorer².
