Oct 6th 2006 6:07PM I don't find a popped belly button offensive, just repulsive. Of course I'm biased since I have an innie and don't particularly like normal outies, let alone pregnant outies.
However, it's not about me (or others) being offended by a popper, it's about the mother who doesn't want it poking through her clothes. Some pregnant women don't like a popper and this is just a solution.

And as for women getting an extra year because they are the ones who carried and birthed the child, I ask, why a year? Why not the 12 weeks like the FMLA provides for?
