Starry Night at MSG Fields Unlikely Hero (Fanhouse NBA Blog)
Jan 28th 2011 10:49AM He might be the best true rookie this year.
For Ben Roethlisberger, Winning Does Not Equate to Redemption (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Jan 24th 2011 8:26PM Lets not get crazy with this "he was only accused" garbage. I'll let the first one slide, that woman could very well have been lying for money. However, the second time the DA said Roethlisberger was guilty. The womans friend was just too drunk and disoriented to corroborate the story. Remember, OJ was acquitted too
Mark Sanchez King of NFL Playoff Road (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Jan 20th 2011 1:16AM Vinny Testaverde was in his 30's when he started making it to the playoffs. Besides Holmes, there really isn't much offensive talent. LT isn't even close to his prime. Four weeks ago the general consensus on Braylon Edwards was that he couldn't catch, and wasn't a very good receiver. Cotchery is nice, but no stud.
Yankees Not Waiting on Andy Pettitte (Fanhouse MLB Blog)
Jan 12th 2011 11:56PM They won a world series in the last two years, and got to the ALCS as well. I'd say that is pretty substantial
For Jets, It's the Thrill of Victory and the Ecstasy of the Feet (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Jan 9th 2011 1:55PM Correct me if im wrong, but isn't two touchdowns and a fieldgoal exactly way it took the last time the pats were eliminated by an NY team? Plus the pays that year had triple the talent they do now. 21-17 Jets.
Eric Mangini May Be Done in Cleveland (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Jan 3rd 2011 3:00AM As a Jet fan, I have to give Mangini credit. Dude can build a team. He really built the core of that team with Smart drafting, D-Brick, Mangold, Revis, and Harris. He has sort of done the same thing with Cleveland with smart trades and Drafting. Mack, Haden, Hillis. His biggest downfall is not realizing that this is a quarterback driven league, but you can bank on him getting a job somewhere, because he is a smart guy, young enough too.
Michael Vick's MVP Pick? Himself (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Dec 25th 2010 1:28PM Let me state that as a Jet fan, I hate Tom Brady and the Pats. That being said, this isn't even close, Tom Brady is your MVP. Vick is surrounded by play makers, Brady is throwing to Danny Woodhead and Deon Branch, and has better numbers. take Brady off the Pats and they finish 4-12. The Eagles would at least contend without Vick.
Josh Koscheck: 'Maybe I Am a Bad Guy' (MMA Fighting)
Dec 9th 2010 5:05PM Seemed intensely focused to me.
Jets, Lions Exchange Heated Barbs After Hard-Fought New York Victory (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Nov 7th 2010 10:07PM Yes he does know how the schedule works. Every year you play two random teams to go along with your 6 division games, 4 opposing division games, and 4 conference games. Which means they could play the Lions every year and not go against the scheduling, dolt.
Thursday-and-Long: Contenders or Pretenders in the AFC South (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Oct 14th 2010 4:32PM They very clearly are a worse football team. All of the offensive players you mentioned put together don't equal the talent of Randy Moss. Brady was healthy last year, look at his numbers, they were on par with his career averages, except for the 50 td year. The patriots have absolutely no run game,a line that is missing there best player in Mankins, and a defense full of inexperienced players that let the bills put up 50 on them. Don't believe the hype.
