Aug 12th 2009 1:38PM I don't know about the rest of you...but I don't feel right spending $+30,000 on a subcompact car. Especially when the same car (space wise) is sold by Nissan for $9,555 brand new.
Aug 5th 2009 12:45PM The saddest part is Symantec/McAfee often overlook (or can't detect) many rootkits. I've had Avast and Avira pick up things that McAfee and both Symantec/Norton have missed (on multiple scans). So when they can start catching as many threats as the "free and in-efficient" anti-viruses maybe I'll buy their crap ware. Hall's argument would be that these detections were false positives....not really when once the free anti-virus removed the suspected rootkit/virus the machine ran so much faster and many of the services returned.
Jul 22nd 2009 1:19PM I never win anything in these comment contests.
Jul 21st 2009 2:11PM another non winner right here. that baby would be sweet in my Inspiron
Jul 20th 2009 2:53PM I always seem to miss out on these things!!!!
Jul 16th 2009 8:23AM I guess Apple's finally getting the point. Nobody wants to pay 1,300 for a laptop that's not much greater than the 300-400 less PC laptops. But I guess you'll never convince the fanboys.Put it this way, you can build or buy a corei7 machine decked to the gills for what you pay for a Mac laptop, or Mac Pro.
Jul 16th 2009 8:09AM That's what happens when you provide a country with the methods to track and record every conversation made from a Nokia or Siemens cell phone. People don't like to be spied on. In Soviet Russia the citizens spy on you!!!
Jul 14th 2009 9:21AM Someone from Microsoft Software and Licensing called me today. Don't really know what he wants, he asked about some software I had recently purchased and where I purchased it (but didn't name the software explicitly). I did sign up for the free technet subscription but hadn't gotten a chance to download anything before they pulled the Benefits Number. Too afraid to call him back, left me a extension though.
Jul 6th 2009 1:56PM No you can't fire this up on your netbook because this is a phone build. If you want you can re-tool it to work on your netbook, feel free.
Jun 29th 2009 2:50PM Awesome how we cater to our celebs. Steve got his replacement body part within no time by moving to a house in Tenn. that he only planned on living in until he got his liver/spleen/(insert body part here). Meanwhile hundreds of little kids wait on Organ donor list around the country, I guess money talks and those little kids bullshit walks right Apple?
