Oct 5th 2006 12:20PM AS the one that submitted the story, here are a few facts.

Kendall has been racing since she was 9 years old. Her whole family is in racing. This was not her first run in that car. She has made several. She is in the record books as the youngest woman to make a 300+ mph run.

There are several other details not publicly known about the accident, but there was a mechanical problem, not driver error.

Kendall has raced several different cars. She is well respected in the racing community here as a very good driver.

The comments about her family that I have seen are really stupid and disgusting. If you knew them or even had a clue about what it takes to even get into a drag car ( and I'm not taking about racing your mustang, I am talking about a real race car that does 8 seconds or less) and race it as well as the rules and regulations in place your thoughts would be a little different.

This was her chosen proffession. Yes, profession. SHe loved it and wanted nothing more than to race and compete. She was very competent, fun and considerate racer. Yes she was young, but at least she wasn't street racing like most of the youths that think they can drag. She had training and ability and chose to race in the safety of the track with all its rules and regulations.

She will be missed.

Dec 15th 2005 1:02PM How about Itunes built in ability to share the library? No need to run all over. Just share the library, and voila! itunes running on any part of the network (assuming the same segment) will be able to play the same tunes.
