Joystiq Review: Retro Game Challenge (Joystiq)

Feb 13th 2009 5:15PM "good-but-not-great games" There are some mediocre ones in there but there are also some incredibly great ones in there: Guadia, Haggleman 3, Cosmic Gate, and Star Prince are all worth spending some serious time on. Better than most current gen games.

Retro Game Challenge references the modern gaming world (Joystiq Nintendo)

Feb 13th 2009 5:09PM The references in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl aren't from Fark, they're from Somethingawful. I can't remember the exact line, but the most memorable one is something like "My Pokemon is fight." referencing the book "My Tank is Fight" from one of the writers there.

Also Retro Game Challenge is way up on my list of top DS games ever, it's more awesome than can be put into words.
