Apple sold out WWDC 2010 in 8 days last year. They had no way of knowing tickets would sell out as quickly as they did today. Who's to tell a company how to operate before even giving them a chance to explain themselves?

If you take a look at the different desktop/mobile marketplaces, I think Apple's "resource scarcity" is serving the community just fine.

Jun 25th 2010 5:15PM There's actually been quite a number of people (including my dad) that initially had issues activating FaceTime after flipping the switch in "Settings" -> "Phone".

It came down to giving AT&T a call, needing them to fix something in their system relating to SMS messaging.
