Aye; Bigpoint have been trading since 2002. Runescape, a F2P MMORPG released in 2001.

Its not just a stretch of the imagination but a downright fabrication that they "introduced the concept of F2P games".

Why would it be unlikely? Valve's Hammer level editor allows you to create custom maps for all other Source games (HL2, L4D 1&2, TF2, CSS...) . The community is what helps keep people playing - I'd stake my job and salary on custom-built levels.

Jagex didn't license the IP from Hasbro, they went into patnership with Hasbro - subtle but key difference :),

Both! We're working on a single player campaign and a multi-player aspect Both are almost complete (but it'll be done when its done). :)

Yeah, EA have actually been brilliant since the start - we've got a close relationship with the C&C community management team who have helped us run competitions and events in the past. We're not in the business of letting the community, fans or the IP down! :)

Just wish I had a bit more time personally to contribute to the project - I work as full time game artist as my job, then come home to work on this project - its like permanent crunch! :D

He has quite a severe case of psychopathy being characterised quite definitively by all of the Factor 1 traits from the Hare Checklist, namely; a grandiose sense of self-worth, pathological lying, manipulativeness, clear lack of guilt, empathy and a complete failure to accept responsibility for one's own actions.

This makes him a most ideal companion when battling the dark forces of Megatron who occasionally succumbs to the imbalances of living atop an unstable black box of unremitting bright liquid crystal, itself worsened by my own meanderings around the portal where I am forever enslaved in game development crunch space-time.
