It's not Windows Mobile 7, it's 6.5, that is a .4 of a difference.

Imagine I got a game that is at version 2.1 and I update it with Version 2.4, I wouldn't expect to play a different game, and the same with Windows Mobile. If we want these changes we need to wait for Windows Mobile 7
