Mar 18th 2011 3:31AM The design isn't that great :\. I especially don't like how they've got the gradient going in the background. The UI buttons for the slider look squished and their dropdown menus work click based and the animations suck :\. They've got much more capable designers, I wonder why they don't use them for their MAIN website.Apple.com > Microsoft.com even though Apple.com is full of lies and misinformation.
Mar 16th 2011 4:18PM They've got the right idea about browser release cycles. I'm consistently impressed by the features they keep adding!
Mar 11th 2011 12:34PM Sweet tip man! The startup is just as fast as Chrome 10 now!
Mar 10th 2011 11:39AM @Xander they* would* see*
Mar 10th 2011 11:39AM @Xander There is a feature lock, but basically the would see if the vulnerability wasn't patched in the current releases before paying the prize money.
Mar 10th 2011 10:33AM "Google and Mozilla, incidentally, both rolled out updates to their browsers just before Pwn2Own. It was not a coincidence."Also, Apple for Safari, fixing around 60 vulnerabilities.I'm surprised that the hacker got past protected mode which means the pc was completely pwnt and under his control. However it's a well known fact that security on Safari & OSX is a complete joke :p so I'm not surprised, still getting pwnt in 5 seconds is pretty funny :D.
Mar 7th 2011 3:43PM The current one is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo BUGGY!
Mar 6th 2011 2:03PM I can say with experience why IE is the browser of choice in developing countries, and it is not due to piracy... It's because all of the network administrators are incompetent and the IT infrastructure is really dated. A lot of their intranet sites are only compatible for viewing with IE6 therefore they don't update.
Mar 1st 2011 11:14AM LOLOLOL!!!!!"You probably also think this is my only real interaction with animals, virtual or otherwise, and you'd be correct."On topic though:-This is awesome! I really hope it forces Chrome and FF4 to push themselves ahead! Also, what did FF4 B12 finish at?
