Mar 26th 2009 12:27PM The solution is to have all government employees be paid based on their performance. Then when they meet or exceed their goals, which entitles them to an incentive payment, that payment gets taxed at the 90% rate.

Dec 9th 2005 10:49AM I'm still trying to get the OS to stop running that CPU hog "System Idle Process". If that could be shut off, the computer would be able to spend all its time doing real useful work. ;-)
