eat less, exercise more;
don't eat a lot of processed foods;
eat lots of fruits and vegetables;
reduce the fat;
reduce the carbs.
that's really about it.

I went from 203 lbs to 140 lbs in 5 months and have kept it off for 9 years now. I went from a 39 inch to a 32 inch waist.

Last year, the Supreme court ruled that the EPA had the right to regulate CO2 as a "pollutant". What a ridiculous premise. And unfortunately, this idea once grabbed ahold of by politicians can (and ultimately will) be used to take more money out of your pocket.

How can CO2 be a pollutant? We exhale it every day. That means you are polluting right now!!
