its actually not hypocritical to want to have options hence an openness to the android platform as opposed to being locked out of having the ability to support anything from open or closed systems.. being open means you support all platforms regardless of how open or closed they are you tool!

Well, first of all I would not call it 'corruption' because it is within the legal boundaries, I'd rather refer to it as unethical behavior. And even though I mentioned Apple as being above the norm they aren't that bad relative to all businesses but are above the norm when compared to other companies in the tech world (or at least the ones i am aware of). I would never compare apple to the like to companies such as Exxon and BP ... the former being the worst i know of who didn't even pay a dime in taxes while having record setting profit margins. So leaving other industries out.. and talking about the tech world I do think Apple is a little more unethical because they attempt to prevent devs from writing apps with other tools that make it easy to port apps to other platforms so as to make it difficult or financially unfeasible for devs to make a profit on other platforms who are obviously less lucrative than apple app store at this time. Meaning stakeholders (people in general) who don't own apple mobile products will get inferior products or lack of an application as a result of the adjustments made to the app store agreement.

What really bothers me the most is the fact that Apple execs go on the record and lie about Adobe products so as to brainwash the masses so they miss on the entire reason why Apple keeps flash off of their platform. Its not about flash being laggy/buggy/resource hog... its because free internet games will take away from business in the app store and ability to stream content and bootleg movies online will take away business from iTunes.... With that being said apple hurts their consumer in order to milk them and protect their cash cow. Understand? I know that a company has to be out for the money but you don't want to hurt your won users and stakeholders who don't because in the long run it might hurt more than it helps.

take it easy guy.. lets not have a panic attack! I was only kidding.. although, I do believe that Apple is a company that goes a little beyond the norm to ensure there profit margins are up for the stock holder.. even if it means taking advantage of situations that can adversely affect the stakeholders.

Yeah, both T-mobile and AT&T have nice speed increases because of HSPA+.... sometimes I download at rates higher than 5 mbps.
