Dec 11th 2008 7:07PM Not only that, but I can think of nothing that would stop somebody from selling their entire music collection and keeping copies at the same time. I only hope that the RIAA doesn't go after the individual users of this service like they have in the past.

Dec 11th 2008 9:42AM Ubuntu seems like an obvious choice. AbiWord and GNUMeric are nice alternatives to heavy office suites like OOo and MS Office. Pidgin or similar is a must for people who use multiple IM protocols.
Quake ported to Chumby makes for an adorable first-person shooter (Engadget)
Dec 10th 2008 3:16PM Doom and Chex Quest were built off of id Tech 1, and Duke Nukem 3D was built off of the Build Engine. None of the above use the same or similar technology as Quake, though if it can run Quake I'm sure getting it to run them also would be trivial.
