Nov 13th 2006 7:55PM I think what makes this service different from other related ones is the obvious plans to sync all of your "desktops" together. I think one of the major reasons why more people don't use these types of services is because of the lack of portability of everyone's "widgets." Once there is a platform established for all widgets, I think you will see more services like this pop up that try to tie everything together in one package. I wonder if yourminis plans to roll out a cellphone app as well that ties to the service. I'm watching this one closely. I think they have something here that Goowy didn't have, and that is broader selection to general users.
Nov 13th 2006 7:44PM I was reading the little blurb about this story and I couldn't help think the same thing Chris did. Comments like Chris's are the reason I read comments on blogs. Thanks Chris, that one made my day!
Oct 3rd 2006 6:31PM Besides being able to choose between publicly sharing certain bookmarks, how is this service different from the current solution of del.icio.us + del.icio.us firefox extension: http://del.icio.us/help/firefox/extension I'm skeptical.
Dec 6th 2005 1:45PM I have read a couple of articles about this issue. From what I have been gathering though, the registration system will only used for submitting articles not editing them. I may be wrong though as that still leaves an awful lot of analysis for the wikipedians to sort thru.
