Ask Mozilla a question (Download Squad)

Sep 17th 2010 1:38PM I disagree. I would like to hear their first steps in the industry and their reasoning, and the challenges they faced along the way.
I think all questions are valid (like yours), and also, I never had the opportunity to ask my personal doubts to the real people.
Sure, I could google "Mozilla History"... but that's not my point...

Ask Mozilla a question (Download Squad)

Sep 17th 2010 1:06PM My only question:

Why did you decided to create a whole different browsing engine?

What the Zuk: Stickies is the best sticky-note application money can't buy (Download Squad)

Aug 23rd 2010 2:11PM YES!
Finally!! Glad to see my good old Stickies reviewed... Great post!

I have been using Stickies for 5 years now, and never got tired of it... BEST stickies software out there... Really, what else do you need? No ads, free, LAN support, alarms, backups, portable...

Stop searching, this is it.

Start! is a sexy, functional new tab page for Google Chrome (Download Squad)

Jul 29th 2010 9:11AM When I used FF I had New Tab King (http://www.newtabking.com/)... I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but does a lot of cool stuff for a start page.

For Chrome I have Speed Dial, because Chrome's start page lacks some features ( besides, I now have the DS official speed dial! ^_^ )

Make Firefox 4's UI slimmer than Google Chrome - no add-ons required! (Download Squad)

Jul 19th 2010 10:38AM I am using Chrome (max window) and its the slimmest.

When you use a floating window for Chrome, you get the space above the tabs (as shown in your first screenshot)... But really, who uses a floating browser window? o_O

Here's a perfect example of why Windows Update's forced reboots suck (Download Squad)

Jun 24th 2010 3:00PM I hate it!
I was running a VM and whenever I forgot to shut it down, I tried to reboot my computer and it would complain like saying "Hey, there's a VM running! Close it first! Are you out of your mind???"

But then, the Windows Update had to reboot and it destroyed the process just like that!!! Windows god power! :O

Just change the auto-update setting and problem fixed.

Cheers

Bounce is a dead-simple way to share notes on websites (Download Squad)

Jun 24th 2010 9:36AM That's why they have their paid app Notable...

Anyway, if you want full screenshot/notes power, combine Bounce with Gyazo Screenshooter and voilá! take notes on anything you see :)

How to convert Hexxeh's Chrome OS build image to a VirtualBox .VDI (Download Squad)

Feb 18th 2010 1:55PM Same here... it seems to boot, but it freezes and shows a blank screen (weird as the HD shows some activity)...
tried this with the Chrome OS - Flow image.
