The great Google Wave invite giveaway! (Download Squad)
Oct 31st 2009 6:03PM Oh, how I wish I had me some Google Wave-age. And if I can't get one myself, I can at least make it harder for all of you... suckers!
Android: Video of on-screen G1 keyboard surfaces (Download Squad)
Dec 22nd 2008 5:19PM I'll be honest... I see no reason why I'd rather use an on-screen keyboard instead of flipping out the physical keyboard. Physical keyboards are consistently faster and less error-prone in my experience.
Software to help you speak dog language (Download Squad)
Jan 19th 2008 5:23PM I'm pretty sure that dog is saying "Hi! I was wondering, could I bite your face off?"
The Sarah Connor Chronicles: Gnothi Seauton (AOL TV)
Jan 14th 2008 10:44PM when the episode ended, i immediately went to the url of the search engine john uses in the episode (lesearch.com). i was hoping for something creative or clever, but it was just the roost of some cybersquatter.
also, i would find it surprising if the first thing the connors did, after being in the future for just a couple of days, was going to the library for historical research. it was amusing, yet totally logical to me, that sarah connor wouldn't know what 9/11 was.

Oct 19th 2007 11:04PM Is there a reason that Flock couldn't just work as an extension to Firefox?
A sneak peak at Windows Live Hotmail (Download Squad)
May 3rd 2007 4:41PM Now, the real question is, when will they allow users to finally redirect their mail to another address? If they did so, they could still append text ads, but users could consolidate their inboxes finally.
Google and Clear Channel announce a drive for radio advertiser expansion (Download Squad)
Apr 16th 2007 4:14PM Oh, good. Google is entering into an agreement with the enemy of all that is good and holy. I understand that it's a lot easier for Google to work with the world's largest radio, promotion, advertising and skulduggery conglomeration than seeking out alliances with every little radio station and even the small networks, but must they sell their souls this way? What makes Clear Channel so profitable are the same things that make it so terrible for entertainment, journalism, and the public good in general. Did everyone forget that licenses for broadcast bandwidth were issued for the good of the people and not just for profits? Why is everyone looking the other way when it comes to companies like Clear Channel?
Alias is canceled -- BREAKING NEWS! (AOL TV)
Nov 26th 2005 10:56PM I actually thought the last season was the best so far. I found the whole Rimbaldi thing to be quite silly and enjoyed the standalone episodes much more. This season is shaping up to be even better, I think. I'll admit that this show takes a bit of willing suspension of disbelief, but it's still alot more unpredictable than almost anything on television. Also, I actually care about the characters, for once :)
