iPad 2 mirroring: Capturing video in higher definition (TUAW.com)

Apr 4th 2011 1:59PM Why not just jailbreak the iPad? There are several solutions once you do that and none of them involve cables other then to power the iPad. Plus, it will work with iPad 1 or 2.

BlackBerry Playbook to support Android and Java apps with optional app players (Download Squad)

Mar 25th 2011 8:03AM The key point there is "as long as developers are ready to port them over to one of the app players" depending on how difficult that is, I don't see many doing it. The Playbook won't save RIM. Anyone see their earnings report yesterday? Not good.

7 Supermarket Rip-Offs (Slashfood)

Mar 25th 2011 7:58AM I don't consider any Organic produce to be a rip-off, however, there are only some things I will buy organic. I kind of agree with the article in the sense that if you are going to throw away the skin then there you aren't getting as much bang for your buck when you go organic with something like a banana. I can't afford to buy all organic so I only get things like lettuce, apples, things you eat all of organic.

Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Booted From L.A. Schools (Slashfood)

Feb 4th 2011 1:15PM This show isn't really a reality show to me, it is more of a documentary. I am all for doing whatever it takes to make healthy meals available to kids. The stuff they get in school these days is no better then some fast food.

The Chicken "Wyngz" Controversy (Slashfood)

Feb 4th 2011 7:47AM It does say "White Meat Chicken Fritters" on the box. If that doesn't tell you that there is no wing meat in them nothing does.

Taco Bell Fights Back in Meat Lawsuit (Slashfood)

Jan 28th 2011 7:54AM For those of you saying that they need to tell people what is in the food, here are the ingredients used in their menu items. They have been there for quite a long time, so not sure why people are up in arms all of a sudden. Anyone who thinks fast food is good for you or doesn't contain all kinds of fillers, stop kidding yourself.

Fake Blueberries In Cereals, Baked Goods (Slashfood)

Jan 25th 2011 7:25AM I am finding it hard to believe that people are just discovering this. Isn't it obvious when you open that can of Blueberries in muffin mix that they aren't real? It is to me.

Pizza Hut's Big Dipper Reviewed (Slashfood)

Jan 24th 2011 7:59AM Pizza Hut is NOT Pizza, I repeat NOT Pizza. For some people not living in the Northeast it may be, but Pizza Hut should be it's own food group. Right along with Domino's and Papa John's. If you think they are good, try the pizza from New York of Philly.

Video: FAA certifies missionary's Subaru-powered flying car (Autoblog)

Oct 29th 2010 11:16AM Why didn't they show it deploying the chute and taking off? That to me, means that it can't do that. He showed the "FLY" button, but didn't show what it does. Anyone have a link of it going through the change from driving to flying?
