It looks like theora is comparable or equal at higher bit rates and better than h.264 at lower bit rates.

Jul 15th 2008 4:00PM For Gnome, System -> Preferences -> Sessions. In the window that comes up, click add. Put whatever you like for the name, but in the command box put "cairo-dock" (with out the qoutes). :)
