Nov 5th 2010 11:01AM This is built in to Windows. Your Power Saving options will put the machine to sleep, and it's easy to set the Task Scheduler to wake it. Select Run A Program and choose your email or browser, or just an mp3 file. I wake every day to the sound of the seashore.

And what's wrong with the Power saver alone? That's what it's for.
