Mar 23rd 2012 5:29PM My GameCube was used for tons of Double Dash and Melee, a decent amount of Luigi's Mansion and Mario Sunshine, a sprinkling of MGS Twin Snakes, and an unknown number of hours of Wind Waker and Animal Crossing.

It died some years ago and was a good little lunchbox. Hopefully the first gen Wii's continue to last because I'd hate to lose that backwards compatibility. Though if GameCube's are a dime a dozen maybe I should get one on the cheap...

My original Animal Crossing town is still alive and kicking, and I hadn't played it in almost 6 years. I went into it a few weeks back just to play an NES game.

Of course, in doing so I remembered how addictive it was and finally picked up the Wii version. Oops.

Portabliss: Ticket to Ride Pocket (iOS) (Joystiq)

Dec 26th 2011 7:56PM After recently discovering the board game for myself I quickly grabbed the iOS and XBLA versions as well. The iOS version is great to play and really is a substantial amount of content given the low cost. Plants vs Zombies is still the only title that rivals for my time when playing on my iPod.

Hopefully they release a Europe version for iOS
