I have pictures in my computer that look fine in the thumbnail format but when I open it you can only see the very top part of the image. The rest is grayed out !

I've tried just about everything. Is this something that can be fixed ? If needed I can send you an example. I could send an example now but I'm not sure how to attach a file to this letter.

I hope that someone can help me.
