DLS Exclusive: sneak peek at LastPass for the iPhone (Download Squad)
Jun 27th 2009 12:53AM Seems like the easiest approach would be to drop the password into the copy paste buffer of the iPhone. Then, you can use either browse or use the email app or the facebook app etc...
Please don't try to build another browser. I think we have plenty.
Forum Post of the Day: Player tries to scam GM for epic flight training, gets shut down (WoW)
Apr 14th 2008 2:46PM This line:
"Hi there guild, what's up. How was loots in Kara?"
Is 51 characters long. If only 5,000,000 of the 10,000,000 people who log into WOW typed that much on a daily average, Blizzard would have to store ~7.65 *TB* of data per month. You can drastically compress text, so I'm willing to drag that down to ~1TB / month of storage, storing nothing but chat logs.
A better idea would be to simply store your chat logs on each individual computer, then if an issue arises, call those logs down from your computer to their servers the next time you log in.
Regardless, I still think it would be in Blizzards better interests to use something like this as a propaganda tool to make people think big brother is watching, even if he isn't.
Nevertheless, it would be fun to be on the team at Blizzard that comes up with this crap.
