On the road with the latest Navigon MobileNavigator (TUAW.com)
Jul 12th 2010 11:10AM I really like Navigon and own to of their PND's for my van. I do have a problem with the new update. I did the update on both my iphone 4 and my iphone 3GS with OS4. In both cases it did fix the panoramic 3D display issue, but produced a much more serious problem. Now, once I enter an address or use a recent route, the app crashes. It is the same on both phones and remains an issue even after deleting the app and re-installing it. I love the look of the app, it looks beautiful, but if I can't enter an address, it doesn't have any value. I have read on a number of forums that I am not the only one who has this problem and hope that Navigon or a reader can give us a way of fixing this issue.
If you have any ideas let me know. In the meantime I will admire the wonderful display.
