Microsoft Gets Desperate - Free Vista Business, Office Pro 2007 (Download Squad)

Nov 28th 2006 11:04AM I "participated" in one of these things this past Spring. It was some online business presentation thingy. By "participated" I mean signed on and minimized the browser. :) They sent out a free full licensed version of MS Office Business Edition 2006 for the first X number of people -- I got it within 6-8 weeks. No complaints.

Jul 13th 2006 2:29PM Is there a way to host something like this on one's personal blog/website? I think that'd be kinda cool...

Yahoo! opens up Messenger to 3rd Party plug-ins (The Unofficial Yahoo Weblog)

Jun 23rd 2006 11:22AM It might be too early to tell, but is it possible for developers to create a plug-in that allows you to IM contacts from AIM and MSN? I'm a hugh fan of Trillian, but this new version makes me think twice (especially with the Pando plug-in). In any case, most of my friends are not on yahoo, so it doesn't make much sense to switch until I'm able to combine all users from all IM programs.

New release of Yahoo! beta mail rolling out (The Unofficial Yahoo Weblog)

Jun 9th 2006 9:52AM Ok, I'm usually not one to express my thoughts like this because why the hell would anyone care about what I have to say?

In any case, I can't contain myself - and I'm also bored at work. My "farm" was just updated to the newest version, and I love it. Yahoo is awesome. Yahoo Beta Mail is awesome. The spell checking feature is SO much better - with different languages too (speak spanish)!! This is an amazing product, and keeps getting better. I can't wait to see the FINAL version! Sure there are some things to tweak, but that's why they call it Beta Mail.
