Aug 30th 2011 11:11PM I use Soocial to do all of the above. Big fan.
Rare official Apple playing cards up for auction on eBay (TUAW.com)
Feb 21st 2011 8:21PM I have a set of these myself. Two sets actually... one of them a bit grubby, but the other still sealed in the box :)
Apple Retail's alliance with OnForce: A bad deal for consultants, consumers? (TUAW.com)
Feb 21st 2011 7:53PM In the last 10 years I can count on 1 hand the number of truly "viable" referrals I've gotten from an Apple Retail store here in NYC (I do get the occasional inquiry from an Apple Store referral but most of them don't result in new business since most of those callers don't want to pay anything close to my rate). And yet my business is thriving. OnForce holds no appeal for me and I doubt it will have any impact on my business at all. In small cities I can see where it might make a difference, but I doubt it will have any impact on any reliable and reputable independent consultant here.
Blue Mango delivers rapidfire documentation for iPad apps (TUAW.com)
Apr 8th 2010 10:28AM I still heart Blue Mango! I use ScreenSteps almost daily to create tutorials and reference materials for my clients. iPad guides with ScreenSteps is a natural fit.
Adding Search functionality to Google Reader (or any other RSS reader) (Download Squad)
Jan 3rd 2007 11:46AM I set this up for myself about a week ago but it has very limited usefulness if you have 500+ feeds unless you are searching for something very unique since the results include site names and aren't sortable by date. Blastfeed has been pretty good to me in the past month or so, however :)
Saft updated to 8.1.8, adds spell-check back to TextAreas! (TUAW.com)
Nov 14th 2005 10:33AM Yes, Greenline, this update works fine with 10.4.3, So did the last one... except that it omitted the spellchecker suggested corrections contextual menu items. i'm really glad to have that back :)
Recording VoIP Calls on Mac and PC (Download Squad)
Jul 11th 2005 9:58PM Hey Brock - I'm usually not so dense, but with Audio Hijack pro, I can only seem to record my end of the conversation over Skype. is there something obvious I am missing (besides ReadingTFM?)
Don't worry Bill, I'll just call Robert (and Steve... there is still good in you, I can sense it) (The Jason Calacanis Weblog)
May 25th 2005 7:01PM We're having a great discussion on the Apple lawsuit over at TUAW if you want to chime in there: http://www.tuaw.com/2005/05/24/this-blogger-agrees-with-you-steve/

Apr 12th 2005 3:09PM Hypocrite!!! http://apple.weblogsinc.com/entry/1234000500039836/ (at least he managed to spit out a few paragraphs without talking about DRM) :)
Tiger Pounces on April 29th, but at what cost? (TUAW.com)
Apr 12th 2005 10:28AM It's all relative. For me, $129 is about what I net for 2 billable hours. The time saved using Spotlight, Automater, Safari RSS and Dashboard is far more than that - so it pays for itself on day 1 for me. You might not be so lucky as to have that kind of cash. I understand that. Then again, no one is going to force you to upgrade. $129 is, in my opinion, a fair price in today's world.
