Motorola 'jumped the gun' with details of Droid's Android 2.1 update (Engadget)

Feb 11th 2010 7:18AM Great, so... PC Mag called Moto support and they didn't know the details about the update... surprise surprise(because the support people always know...EVERYTHING lol). Meanwhile over at Motorola's Facebook page the ONLY opinion by motorola is that it will be out this week... Since I actually communicated with Matt (from the Moto forums) to find out his comment was only about the details of the features listed.... I still hope the update is this week;

Dec 9th 2009 2:45PM they need to fix the volume button, it works fine vertical, but when the phone is horizontal (with or without keyboard out) the volume keys act backwards, they should change with the orientation.

Jul 10th 2009 11:31PM Just out of curiosity, I put windows 7 RC on my desktop and my laptop... and my girlfriends netbook (each computer could be rolled back to vista/linux) does that mean I have to buy 3 versions of windows 7? Can i just buy one copy and install it on all three systems?

Apr 1st 2008 12:49PM darius shut up, tmobile should be working on making there service suck less in the states, because right now its horrible, but instead, they're throwing a hissy fit because engadget uses a similiar color(oh the horror!). honestly, if Tmobile manages to actually get and maintain a network, maybe then they can bitch and engadget, but right now, no, just no.

Feb 21st 2008 4:23PM neal, thanks for the info... were those supposed to be two different steps or two different methods? anyways i did that... and my pc went through the whole 1... 2...3... uninstalled and the update is no longer in the folder but my desktop still has "windows vista(TM) Evalutation copy. Build 6000"... so im not sure what to do, besides google, which is what i am doing now
