Dec 21st 2010 5:12PM @Robert I could be wrong, but I don't think Apple remotely deletes an app that violates TOS from users' devices and then refunds their money. The profits the developer made before it was removed should still stand. As you pointed out, that means Apple gets its cut too.

The professor's terms were such that even a non-cheater who got a really high score could be mistakenly punished, so every single person in the class would be better off confessing and retaking the test. Taking the deal shouldn't be seen as an admission of guilt, just picking the best available option.
