Sep 3rd 2010 3:24PM @Rob. The player is inside a jacket pocket in, for example, a down coat. It stays well within the acceptable operating temperature. Taking it out to chance songs with the touch screen actually put it at a greater risk. Again, poor design.

I have an iPhone and the remote on the ear buds is indispensable. I can change the volume through the fabric of my coat. But in the car I don't use the iPhone because I can't easily change the songs. I've stuck with my 3rd gen iPod Nano for that function.

Sep 1st 2010 2:34PM I wonder why type of media we'll be able to stream from our macs. I have a feeling it'll be H264 only. Sticking with Boxee or my Popcorn hour if that's the case.
