Feb 26th 2011 4:00PM Even if you don't have the "show name and password" mode, you can still press cmd+option+up-arrow+return to force those fields to be shown. This only works if you have more than one user on your mac.

Rumor: New iPhone 4 handset at the end of September (TUAW.com)

Aug 31st 2010 4:13PM Believe me, I live in Mexico, I just got an iPhone 4 and let me tell you, the carrier executives don't know anything the iPhone. No one had a clue about the proximity sensor issue nor they know some (above the average) were having issues with the antennagate.

This is their logic: if it's broken, we'll send it to warranty.

Microsoft's Zune HD shipping on September 5th? (Engadget)

May 31st 2009 7:53PM I'm kind of worried about the UI design though. Take the main screen for example, are they really going to stick with the big letters? (the word "marketplace" doesn't even fit in the screen). I know that they have been there since the first zune, but IMHO, pushing your design to the point that it becomes impractical doesn't seem that wise to me. I'm not saying "remove the big letters", just make them a little bit smaller.

May 2nd 2009 3:11PM Bob Ross could have painted Mt. Everest in 3 strokes... using the color orange.

Nov 27th 2008 4:10PM Imagine a game where the iPhone/iPod would be the steering wheel (controlled by the accelerometer) and you could see the race track on the screen.
