They'd add to our economy.

Transmit 4 offers new features, faster performance (TUAW.com)

Apr 27th 2010 5:39PM I too have used Transmit for years. BUT....

4.0 is off to a bad buggy start. After downloading the app, I decided to try and upload/sync my laptop files to my idisk account.

in each case I selected to do a sync preview.
During that process when the app started comparing files it crashed immediately. Twice.

There's a bug waiting to be fixed!

Feb 17th 2010 8:29PM I really enjoyed Michael's article about Quicken/mint.

I hope half of what he's said proves right. Intuit burned Mac users years ago with the crappy product Aaron is revamping. Intuit continues to be a company I hate, not only because of its history of contempt for Mac users but also because of its pricing. (Consider the debacle over TurboTax pricing; made me switch happily two years ago to the H&R product.)

I hope to be proved wrong but I continue to loathe Intuit.

For me, Moneydance and H&R's tax app have worked out just fine and with management that is easier to deal with than Intuit.

I'm stuck with my cable router and network in one room and it's so weak - because of heavy wifi in the neighborhood - that it doesn't reach the room I most need the service in.

This would really and hopefully solve the problem.
