Techsmith offers free Camtasia Studio download (Download Squad)

Nov 23rd 2007 4:41AM This "free" version is a very old version,
which simply stalled on my modern PC.
Had to uninstall!
(Intel Dual Core, XP Pro w/latest patches,
2 Gig RAM, etc).

The prog froze when I tried to "Produce" a final version, with the "Recommended Settings".
I tried *everything* f/their Support FAQ,
(incl. "Reduce Video Acceleration" to none, etc).

TechSmith is a good company, but installing this older "free" version in your PC is a loser.
Uninstalled!
