Id love to get a smart phone. Im with Tmobile now. What I can't understand is, why do I need to sign up for data plan do get the smart phone? I have WIFI at work and at home(and 3 places along the way home). I dont want to pay aditional data fee for something Im not planing to use. I would be very happy with wifi only without additional fees for 3G.

Sep 9th 2007 6:32PM OK I have the phone. I have the USB bluetooth from ebay, (works great). The phone is locked, it plays MP3s but it does no allow to set them as ringtoness.
Until some better solution comes around:

IN ORDER TO USE MP3 as a RINGTONE you need to convert MP3 to WMA. works like a charm.
