DLS 101 - Bookmarklets aka favelets (Download Squad)
Jul 23rd 2009 3:07PM I think one VERY important bookmarklet missing is (my favorite):
BLUMMY
it's the bookmarklet of bookmarklets... check out www.blummy.com for more info

Jan 4th 2007 1:10PM The are 3 very useful programs that I use for remembering passwords.
The first is Freeware! it is called KeyPass http://keepass.info/
The second I use and have been using more and more is called Code Wallet Pro from http://www.developerone.com/codewalletpro/windowspc.htm
And finally, the one that hooks wonderfully into your browser is called RoboForm www.roboform.com
I have been using code wallet & roboform from a USB key and it is perfect- I never have to remember anything anymore, just the 1 main password needed to access my information. Hope this helps.
GooSync - Sync mobile devices with Google Calendar (Download Squad)
Dec 1st 2006 10:04AM And now for part 2
4. RemoteCalendars - (again, this one works well, but it is 100% manual, and I have been unable to upload from my phone > outlook > google cal) http://remotecalendars.sourceforge.net/ and the HowTo: http://www.jakeludington.com/ask_jake/20060818_how_to_sync_google_calendar_with_outlook_and_smartphones_automatically.html
And the latest one I tried that seems to almost work (but yet still no repeating events) called
5. CalendarShare: http://www.saraiya.com/documents/23.html
(I'll have to report back on that AirSet once I've tried that (another) method)
Hope that helps (someone)
GooSync - Sync mobile devices with Google Calendar (Download Squad)
Dec 1st 2006 10:02AM Since I can only post 3 links at a time... this is Part 1 of my post.
I've tried a number of products & services that attempt to sync google calendar to a mobile device (I have the MotoQ).
So far, no luck with any of them. But the ones I've tried are:
1. GooSync (mentioned here above)
2. CompanionLink - (not really that great) http://www.companionlink.com/products/companionlinkforgoogle.html
3. ScheduleWorld - (seems to work, not 100% of the time, but it is getting better weekly) http://www.scheduleworld.com/tg/cal/day.jsp and (confusing) instructions are here: http://engtech.wordpress.com/2006/08/11/the-holy-grail-of-synchronization-how-to-synchronize-microsoft-outlook-multiple-locations-google-calendar-gmail-ipod-and-mobile-phone-with-funambol-scheduleworld/

Downloaders Anonymous: We're addicted, it's official (Download Squad)
Oct 24th 2006 8:51AM I am 100% addicted. I've been addicted since 1994 or 1995 when AOL & Prodigy was invented. I would spend nights staying up late and downloading the first of pictures on the internet. Amazing how time has changed and pictures are downloaded in seconds and not hours. I can only imagine where we are headed from here.
