Nov 4th 2010 3:57PM "wasn't delivered in a manner that sucked battery life and resulted in awful performance"Wow you truly believe everything Steve said without ever questioning it? I mean.. have you installed Frash on your idevice? (yes, fRash with a R, its a hacked flash for IOS).. do it and and see how it works fine, without killing the battery. Then wonder why you believed that kind of crap in the first place, and then wonder what other crap do you believe in life.
May 20th 2010 11:29AM HTML5/H.264/Ogg/VP8/Whatevertheheckelse uses just as much if not more resources than Flash. It won't die anytime soon. If you think Flash is only about online videos, you have no clue what Flash is, and your opinion is irrelevent.
Jan 27th 2010 12:21PM I have been using this program called RED (Remove Empty Directory) for quite some times now and its really great.
Nov 16th 2009 8:46AM @Tylerdurden Apple is a hardware bundling company. If they truly were a hardware company they wouldn't use ATI, Intel, Asus, or any other parts made by true hardware company. Apple bundles everything together and sells it in a nice package, but they're no hardware company.
Oct 22nd 2009 8:31AM You clearly don't understand that without net neutrality in the first place, there wouldn't be any internet at all.
Jul 23rd 2009 9:36AM Apple not considering unlocked phones is a huge design flaw, especially when you create something that can be broken so easily. Everyone understands now why Apple doesn't sell OSX as a standalone OS?
Jul 13th 2009 8:39AM They would also be great for Robotron.
Jan 30th 2009 8:38AM Those guys alone changed the whole laptop industry's pricing scheme and forced it to supply more affordable laptops to the masses...you can say whatever you want about them, your only merits in life are saying "fail"...
Dec 11th 2008 8:51AM another wanabee?.. Take an 8 years old design like the Tungsten (the widescreen one), add a phone chip... and then people like you will still believe its designed after the iphone even thought its AN 8 YEARS OLD design, if not older. Palm paved the way for touchscreen phones... and then they tried to be blackberries with a keyboard, and then screwed up.. I mean, really, where is my T5/TX with a phone inside, its not so hard to do (I don't care about the treo/centro).
Nov 24th 2008 9:05AM Not at all, it clearly shows how the older iphone is really slower than the newer Touch2, and how Apple developers will have to cope with slower processor, or just ignore them and make their products work only on newer/faster hardware. This will be interesting to follow.
