Apr 29th 2009 1:23PM Whoa lol, I've never heard that Playstation Network chime at the end

LittleBigPlanet 1.08 patch fixes ... nothing (Joystiq Playstation)

Jan 26th 2009 11:47AM The best fix would be to ask at the end of each level if we even want the garbage we collected... to which I'd reply 99% of the time, "No, delete that crap."

Wireless PC to PS3 streaming now easy as pie (Joystiq Playstation)

Jan 12th 2009 4:38PM Playing MKV's is completely possible. You'll need to mux it to a .M2TS. There are a few things that might need converting, but it isn't too hard: DTS needs to be converted to AC3, AVC profile 5.1 and higher need tobe converted to 4.1, and the .M2TS extension will need to simply be renamed to .M2T for the PS3 to recognize it. You'll find 2 guides below that will walk you right through the process. Enjoy.

What Blu-ray needs to do in 2009 in order to gain ground (Engadget HD)

Dec 30th 2008 8:32PM I suspect it's sheer ignorance to the facts. You think Blu-ray's doing bad because... because it's what some blogger said.

What Blu-ray needs to do in 2009 in order to gain ground (Engadget HD)

Dec 30th 2008 8:26PM DVD was selling about 800k movies a week during the holidays in its 3rd year. Blu-ray, at the exact same point in its life, is selling about 1.5-2 million weekly, peaking at around 3 million discs sold the week of Dark Knight's release.

So would anyone care to explain how they can possibly think Blu-ray is doing bad?

LittleBigPlanet glitch may erase parts of your save data (Joystiq Playstation)

Dec 30th 2008 2:03PM I was just about to say that. I try to avoid picking up the gift bubbles 99 percent of the time, but sometimes it's impossible to jump over them when they're lined up in a long row. It's also impossible to avoid the prizes some creators give you for finishing or acing the level. They need to have something at the very end of the level that asks you, "Do you want to keep that crappy tricycle made out of sponge?"

Rock Band 2 drum kit hides mystery port (Joystiq Nintendo)

Dec 4th 2008 2:49PM I really doubt it'd be for a new instrument- that'd be stupid to have to buy the new drumset just to have the keyboard connected.

First LittleBigPlanet billboard on eBay (Joystiq Playstation)

Sep 9th 2008 3:40PM "retarDed" is the word. But no, it's not any more retarded than people who collect figures and limited editions. If you have the disposable income, $100 is harmless. Now, being a multi-millionaire and spending $1M on something useless; that's retarded. That kind of money could be going toward charity instead of a statue of a lion humping a bird.
