Jan 10th 2007 9:29AM Well, as a developer, we desperately need this new device to run customized applications. I've been waiting with baited breath for the last 3-4 years for Apple to release this (or at least some sort of PDA or tablet-like unit) and this is going to be the nail in the coffin for us if this does not give way to allowing application deployment.
