High CPU usage with latest Parallels - what you can do (Download Squad)

Aug 28th 2007 7:05AM I have noticed too when playing a video through Win
media player that CPU usage is at 85% constant!
WOW! That's a lot. I wonder how this will affect the computer hardware running that hard? Seems to me that Parallels is taxing the system pretty hard.
I may decide to go back to Boot Camp because of this.

Mother of Brian Urlacher's Son Accuses Him of Sending Abusive Text Messages (Fanhouse NFL Blog)

iPhone Reviews, Videos, Tips, and News (Switched)

Jul 1st 2007 6:52PM It appears the touch pad will be hard for many to adapt too. Some seem to be easily impressed. I will wait to see how many still like it after a couple months of use. I think their may be a increase in traffic accidents due to the iphone. Since most say they cannot dial with one hand. One curious thing I have seen with Apple products. People seem to overlook the flaws on Apple products. If say Microsoft made the the phone, the experts would be all over the two handed dialing and the activation problems. I personally think human's will always prefer touchable keys to typing on a flat surface.

Microsoft Surface Computer (AOL Video Blog)

Jun 29th 2007 7:44AM This is a marvel of technology. The problem is Bill Gates is not Steve Jobs. If he were, people would be standing in line to buy one of these computers.
Presentation is everything!

Another New Low for Bill-O (News Bloggers)

Jun 24th 2007 11:01AM Not sticking up for Fox news. But American news in general is biased.
Unfortunately,Americans need to be entetained more than informed.
I tend to get my news from the BBC. I just want the facts and not the network personalities views on the story. If you want to give a view. Then have a editorial spot.

Apple calls French cheese loving pirates (TUAW.com)

Mar 23rd 2006 9:08AM I think Apple has always been given free rein when it comes to propriatary software. Mostly because they were the small guy and who cares. Now that they have become a big player in the personal players (AKA iPod). They have now begun to know what Microsoft feels about it. Their is plenty of examples of software and hardware that only works with each other. They actually work better that way. It`s just becomes a problem when someone does`nt like a certain company but likes their product. What if you bought a GM car but wanted a Ford or maybe a Chrysler engine in it? Should we make GM put a Chrysler engine in their car? I personally like the fact that Apple controls their software and hardware! That is why their products work so well together.
Keep up the good work APPLE!!
