Mar 29th 2011 2:58PM I *still* don't see what the big deal is. I ordered my iPad2 from the Apple website on the day it came out, with a stated 2-3 week ship time, and it won't arrive until sometime next week. The only people I know that have theirs already either queued up the day before and stood in line for 18+ hours or they were at SXSW and picked one up there.

Jul 17th 2009 8:23PM I almost *never* allow Facebook apps for this exact reason. Someone sends me a beer or a hug and I have to give the app authors access to my entire profile and everything I post? I DON'T THINK SO!

Acrobat vulnerability may affect Mac users (TUAW.com)

Feb 24th 2009 9:57AM to clarify, why would anyone ever use Acrobat Reader? The Acrobat program, for creating PDFs, fine, but the reader is horrendous and not needed on OS X, Windows or Linux.

Jul 16th 2007 12:07AM I was at the Genius Bar at the local Apple store trying to figure out why the wifi on my iPhone would not see any networks. The did a full restore of my phone, to see if it was a software problem. I had to wait about 5 hours before my new phone (it was a hardware problem) could be activated and I could use the phone again. I miss Cingular. :(
