Nov 15th 2007 7:01AM [9], you have a demanding definition of a quality computer. I should not need hardware capable of piloting the space shuttle in order to perform simple computing tasks. As proof, I'm writing this from my 1997 toshiba tecra with less than 100 mb ram, running DSL. I'm not experiencing any significant inconvenience.
Gmail gets IMAP (Download Squad)
Oct 24th 2007 9:38AM Anyone know if the likelihood of getting IMAP privileges is inversely proportional to the activity of new-ness of the account? My old, mostly unused account got it but my main account didn't. It looks like a few other people had their 2005-ish accounts get the privilege and not their newer one.

Nov 8th 2006 2:11PM Agreed - never had a fox 2.0 crash yet, and I've used it rigorously (far too many extensions, viewing poorly designed pages etc.). Like gimbus said - knock on wood.
