Oct 11th 2006 12:06PM I for one cannot get service pack 2 to install - I have spent hours on the phone to microsoft and apart from wiping the hard drive and re starting I am unable to upgrade - I am not prepared to do this - it takes literally weeks of work to get the numerous programs registered and set up the way they are required - I will, therefore, remain unsupported.
