Downloaded couldnt instal sais it needs the right program to open it and I dont know the one to choose. I'm use win 7 ult 64 with all the latest ms updates. Wish I could use it.

try looking for some desktop mods / widgets that do the same thing, this is done probably very hackily since it only supports if it's down.

and a large number of it long term professionals like to keep the taskbar on the side or at top, but the functionality like switch user etc..it's easy to launch those things from windows via code.
