There's a huge differece between Live Mesh and Windows Live Mesh 2011. The former was released a couple years ago, and will be discontinued in March 31th. The latest, a component of Windows Live Essentials, is a kind of merge of Live Mesh and Windows Live Sync and, naturaly, the Live Mesh's successor.
